RETURN POLICY
All in store and online sales are final and non-refundable.
Disrupted packaging of the product upon arrival to the customer is not the fault of Molashez but the fault of the shipping carriers/transit period, therefore no refunds or exchanges will be allowed.
It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the products upon arrival. Molashez is willing to provide solutions to broken products, not broken packaging of products since that does not disrupt the use of the actual product. We will also provide a replacement item for up to 2 days after the "delivered" date. It is the customers responsibility to cover the associated costs for shipping and return labels.
All tweezer/metal products are hand tested and inspected before being shipped out, therefore we are not able to provide refunds but are willing to send you a replacement item for up to 2 days after the "delivered" date. It is the customers responsibility to cover the associated costs for shipping and return labels.
TRANSIT TIME
Transit time does not begin until your package is processed (1-3 business days) and leaves the shipping carrier's facility. Any orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped the next available business day.
Standard Ground Shipping - Between 2 and 5 business days, depending on your shipping address.
Expedited Shipping - Between 1 and 2 business days in California. Between 2 and 3 days on other U.S. orders after the order is packed. Packages may take up to 5 days depending on your area.
Shipments may be delayed due to internal server errors, weather, and other unexpected conditions. Molashez is not liable for any delayed packages. Please note that orders are shipped and delivered on business days only (Monday – Friday, excluding major holidays). We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International orders may be subject to local import duties and taxes (VAT). You are responsible for checking with the shipping destination country as to their regulations regarding duties and taxes. You are also responsible for paying any import duties, taxes or other fees that may be applied. We will do our best to ensure you have the fastest, lowest cost shipping / customs experience.
